Is recycled toilet paper really safe to use?

Yes. Not very well named, the toilet paper is made out of recycled paper. It wasn’t that many decades ago when newspaper was used without having been ‘recycled’ first. At least today’s recycled toilet paper isn’t covered in newsprint!
