Yes, the data layer SENATE03 contains Maine State Senate Districts established by apportionment July 2, 2003, Final Order Maine Supreme Judicial Court; HOUSE03 contains Maine House of Representative Districts established by the Maine Legislature. Legislation, Chapter 289 of the Public Laws of 2003, was enacted by the 121st Legislature and signed by the Governor on May 23, 2003.
