Is RATS “Year 2000” compliant?
M1. Yes, RATS is Year 2000 compliant–it can correctly handle dates into and beyond the year 2000 (and prior to 1900 as well). However, you need to make sure that you use 4-digit year references when working with data that crosses century boundaries.
