Unfornitly, no. At the beginning of deadlocked, Ratchet was able to talk (and flirt) with Sasha, but was taken away to be a contestant on Dreadzone. After that, Ratchet was chased to the Polaris Galaxy, away from Solona where Sasha is. He has yet to return or, as far as we know, make contact with her.
