~~A 30-year-old man drove a car into a group of people standing outside a Newark bar early Saturday morning, killing one woman and injuring four others, police said. Police arrested Wilquan Williams of Irvington, charging him with murder and several other counts, said Newark Detective Todd McClendon. The 1 a.m. incident happened outside Tremont Lounge, at Tremont Avenue and Halstead Street.
