Is ramipril can be given along with oats?

I don’t know who gave you the idea that ramipril will prevent a heart problems. Ramipril is a drug mainly for High blood pressure. It has some effect of heart and may help in remodeling after heart attacks. So drugs like this (ACE inhibitors) are given after coronary heart problems. It also has some kidney protection in case of Diabetic patients. So if diabetic patients have high blood pressure or microalbuminuria these can be given. But giving Ramipril for anybody without any of these conditions are not going to prevent a heart problem. All drugs including Ramipril has some side effects. So giving any drug without good justification is a crime. So forget about it and the Nobel prize for the great idea.
