Is there any annual Discount if I sign for a year? At this time Web-Mantra only offers Month to Month Agreements. We have considered this, but the idea behind Web-Mantra was to be very low risk. We are not trying to lock anyone in here. We want you to experience our service and feel comfortable in knowing that you are not trapped in a contract. Is there a guarantee on hardware components? Yes. In the event of a hardware-related problem, we will immediately replace any failed component at no cost to you. Replacements are usually made within a few hours although there is a 24 hour guarantee. We will make every attempt to correct the problem as soon as possible. You will be notified by e-mail once the problem is resolved. It is the diagnosis time that is really what takes the most time. The changing of the failed components can be done very quickly.
