Is racquetball a good workout?
Racquetball is a great form of exercise (if you really get into it) and also very fun. If you really enjoy what your doing as a workout then you are much more likely to stick to it. It is also very easy to learn and play, for any sex. On occasion you tend to get hit by the ball which can hurt at times but…nothing too bad at all. (make sure you wear the goggles…it’ll jack you up if it hits you in the eye). Good luck, have fun!
