Is R-Teez® removing or damaging my grout?
No. R-Teez® is made from a rubber based material designed not to damage cement. R-Teez® is made softer than your grout, which is cement, so the tool is wearing down rather than your grout — just like an eraser on a pencil does. If you were to continuously and aggressively erase in the exact same area for a long period of time, you will eventually remove the grout. As you will see while using R-Teez®, it works immediately — using a little elbow grease.
