Is quinoa good?

Preparation: 1 cup dry quinoa 2 cups water or broth Rinse and drain quinoa with a fine mesh strainer. Put in pot on the stove and add water/broth and bring to a boil. Once boiled, cover, turn down heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Keep covered but take off heat and let sit for about 10 minutes. Then fluff with a fork and serve with soy sauce or another condiment if you desire.
