Is quiche served cold?

Quiche is meant to be eaten warm, not hot. It tastes delicious no matter how it’s eaten, but I think you get the most out of a warm quiche. And the cheese is warm and gooey and delicious. The best way to warm it is to wrap it in foil so it doesn’t dry out and stick it in the oven at 350. I don’t know how much you have, but warm 10 minutes for a slice, and up to 30-40 minutes for a whole one. ‘Course, if you’re impatient like me, you nuke it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes!
