Is Quantitative Data Accurate?
It depends on the methods used to collect this data. If there are errors in the experiment (faulty apparatus or measuring devices, or human error), than the data will likely be inaccurate. The term “Quantitative” just refers to data in the form of numerical values, or quantities. “Qualitative Data,” on the other hand, is in the form of variables (for example), and is used to determine quantities relationship to each other.
