Our Residential plans are provided through DHCP. Our Small Business plans are provided through a fixed IP. What will the limits be, if any, for the size and speed of FTP downloads? As with any Internet connection, the limitations will vary depending upon the content being downloaded as well as where the content is being downloaded from. QMax cannot be responsible for networks outside of its own. What is the latency of the connection? Latency will typically be less than 90ms. These times may vary depending on distance to the transmitting tower and environmental conditions. QALA Network Management Policies QALA Singapore Pte Ltd, like many other Internet service provider, manages our network for many reasons including network growth, upgrading and optimizing the network; DDOS attacks, removing spam, viruses and malicious content; and managing network congestion when it occurs.
