Is Pursuing a PA Lemon Law Claim Free?
YES, pursuing a Lemon Law claim in Pennsylvania is completely Free, at least if you hire our law firm. There is never an up-front retainer required, and there is never an instance where you will write our firm a check for payment to us. In Pennsylvania, the Lemon Law provides for recovery of your Attorney Fees if you have a Lemon, so we pursue the claim for you at no cost, and then receive our fees from the Manufacturer of your Lemon.
