Is pull ups and chin ups the best bet for back muscle?
chin ups are great and if you can do al lthe different sorts of them then that really should be all you need until you can do lots and lots – in which case you move to weights: seated row, barbell lift etc. the types of chin up are: -close grip (palms facing you) -wide grip ” -close grip (palms facing opposite directions) -wide grip ” -military (front of body parallel with bar, one hand on each side) and the one where you pull your head up on the OTHER side of the bar. thats the hardest. do just lots of those and you should be fine, lol. Six pack: crunches and leg raises (hanging ones preferably) Legs: well squats as fun as they arent, are very good for you, but deadlifts are also good and for calves, calf raises.
