Absolutely. For the daytime formula we use whey isolates, which is an isolated form of the whey protein. Ninety-nine percent of the fat is extracted out of it. When we mix it into all the other ingredients, there is no fat. I guess that you could say that it is 100 percent fat free. In the nighttime formula, we use micellar casein protein as the major protein, which is also fat free.
