Is property management required by federal or state law for a Florida condo association?
Answer I’m in California, so I’m unable to comment on what may be required in Florida. I would guess that you probably don’t need to hire a property management company, but the Association does need to be effectively managed so you may run into problems if you don’t hire a company for that purpose.
