Project Solutions Accounting is not a CPA firm. We do not sign off on audits, nor do we prepare tax returns. We assist the client, and its CPA firm, as the client goes about the process of preparing for an audit or filing their taxes. We provide PreAudit and PreTax Cleanup services. This means we help our clients clean up their books and records in preparation for their quarterly and/or annual audit. In addition, we assist with the preparation of financial statements in advance of an M&A event, sale or capital raise.
