Is production investment repayable to the FTO?
Yes, all investments are repayable. The FTO expects to recoup its investment at the same time and in the proportionate share (pro rata pari passu) as other investors. So, each investor will recoup at the same time in equal amounts according to their proportion of investment e.g FTO puts in 20% of the budget, the other investor put in 80%, we would recoup alongside each other in those proportions. All production investments entitle the FTO to a share of copyright and on-going net profit share.
