Private tutoring is available but time cannot be applied toward any pre-license attendance requirement. Private tutoring is provided independently of Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate Academy at the rate of $35.00 per hour for individuals or $50.00 per hour for a group of up to 5 students. A list of former and current SWC tutors who provide private tutoring for a fee is kept on file in the Academic Success Center. This is updated every semester.

Yes. One-on-one tutoring is available and preferred by some parents, with sessions tailored to fit the specific needs of the student. Small-class tutoring for two or three students with similar ability levels can also be arranged, if parents organize the grouping.
