All aircraft for hire is governed by regulations set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The section of the regulations covering aircraft for hire falls under Part 135; Consumer and On-Demand Operations. Every detail of operation is regulated from scheduled maintenance, pilot operations and qualifications and actual flight rules. We follow every regulation to the smallest detail, and regular audits by the FAA ensure that we do so.
