Yes. Private adoption is legal, moral, and ethical. It is NOT at all related to “baby selling.

You do not need to go through an adoption agency in order to adopt, so private adoptions are legal and acceptable if done through the correct legal processes. Private adoption has different steps than with an agency adoption, and you will still need an attorney.
