Is printing supported through the ITI Terminal Server?
Yes, printing is supported. Printers attached to your local workstation will be automatically mapped into your ITI Terminal Server session if the Printers check box is checked on the Local Resources tab in the Options of the Remote Desktop Connection client and the correct print driver is loaded on the ITI Terminal Server. Many of the more common HP printer drivers are already loaded on the ITI Terminal Server. If you are having problems printing through the ITI Terminal Server, it may be because the correct print driver is unavailable. To request a new print driver be loaded on the ITI Terminal Server send an e-mail to the ITaP Customer Service Center at itap@purdue.edu stating that you want a new print driver loaded on the ITI Terminal Server. Be sure to include the printer brand, model and driver type (PCL or Postscript).
