If the printer drivers you installed do not match the printer you are using, it will prevent you from printing. You may be able to use PrintSetup to manually change your selected printer driver. To try this: 1. Launch PrintSetup by tapping it on the Home screen of your handheld. 2. In the Printer pop-up menu, select the printer driver you think will work with your printer. (The Generic driver should work with all supported printers.) Note: If you do not see the printer driver you want to use, you will need to run the PrintBoy Palm Print Engine installer (per instructions above) on your desktop computer and re-sync to get the proper driver onto your handheld. 3. Tap the Edit button to adjust the settings. Tip: Make sure that the Communication port is set correctly.
