Prince Harry has dumped TV presenter Caroline Flack — because he is still pining for his old flame Chelsy Davy. The prince, 24, told friends that Chelsy, 23, was ‘the best thing that has ever happened to me’ and vowed to end relations with the Gladiators hostess. The split comes amid allegations yesterday that Caroline, 29, once enjoyed a hot tub session with reality TV’s Jack Osbourne, son of Ozzy and Sharon, and another girl, at his Los Angeles home.
His appearance at the top of a magazine poll naming the celebrity world’s most eligible guys is likely to cut no ice with Prince Harry. Rather than making the most of his hunk status, the dashing royal is said to be longing for a reunion with his former love of five years, Chelsy Davy. According to newspaper reports, the soldier-Prince has told friends: “I lost the best thing that ever happened to me and I’m paying for it”. Such is his heartache 24-year-old Harry has even told attractive Gladiators host Caroline Flack that their flirtation, which included an intimate night last weekend in his private apartment in Clarence House, is over.
