Is Prevention Case Management (PCM) eligible for RWII funding and if so, does it fall under the Case Management line item within the subcontractor’s RW II budget?

Yes, PCM is eligible and it falls under case management in allocations spread sheet. However, a provider should split it out in their own budget. VDH needs to know about PCM programs because they are peer-reviewed differently (Michelle Baker).
