Like any major investment, such as your automobile, your heating and cooling system requires routine preventative maintenance. This maintenance is also required to keep you in compliance with the standard limited warranty of your equipment. The HELP contract does not cover routine maintenance costs, but it does cover component failures or other repairs not associated with this routine maintenance.
