Is prepayment required for all orders?
All orders do not require prepayment. If you are ordering from a library or university, prepayment is NOT required, however payment will be due once you have received the items. If you are not ordering from a library or university pre-payment is required. In case of bookstores, please request a trading account application to open a credit account. Until your credit account is established, any orders must be prepaid.
