Is pre-service medical review required for products other than PPO, e.g. HMO, National, etc.?

Currently, this service is applicable for our PPO members. HMO members may still have to obtain authorizations from their delegated medical groups. Select members may also not require pre-service review dependent upon their elected benefits.
