If you set-up the software to run as a Windows NT compatible application it will run smoothly. To do this, right-click on the Powerpak icon on the desktop and then click on Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab and choose the Windows NT compatible feature. If you encounter problems printing invoices, statements or reports: 1) Go to Start -> Settings -> Printers. 2) Right-click on the printer and select Properties. 3) Click on Paper. 4) Select Custom as the paper size. 5) Double-click on Custom and set the size at Width = 850 and Length = 1100, the unit should be 0.01 inches.
