Official pot is not legal in the Netherlands. But its allowed to have a certain amount within your possession. Rules in Amsterdam and The Hague are the same as in all other places in the Netherlands. But be aware that it’s not allowed to smoke it in all public places or on the street. The bigger the city, like Amsterdam, the more places it is tolerated.
