TreeGrid has export function to XLS file by button on toolbar. For small tables you can use predefined simple export. In this way TreeGrid generates whole report by itself and sends this report to your server script defined in . And your server script must just return these data back to client. There are predefined server scripts for ASP, ASP.NET, JSP and PHP, look at Export.xxx file in the Examples directory, server script subdirectory. For large tables and / or tables with server side paging or child paging you can generate the report by your server script. Set Export_Type=”1″.
