Is possible a killer can change his mind and never kill again?

It depends on the reason for the killing. If it was what they call a “crime of passion,” done in the heat of a moment, or even unintentionally, then the chances of it happening again are fairly small. On the other hand, if it was just the latest escalation in the life of a career criminal, or done “for kicks” as some are, then the chances are pretty high that the killer will kill again. Or at the very least commit a string of other crimes. When you discount the ‘crimes of passion,” nearly all murders are just the latest in a string of crimes, averaging around 7 felonies per murderer.

I dont think it’s possible because people that have an intention or urge to kill have serious mental illness that possibly runs through there family but im pretty sure with a good physcologist they can make big improvements with there illness
