Portofino Island is an independent condominium resort. There are 756 condominium accommodations on the resort that are privately owned. Of those, more than 300 have been placed in the Premier Island Management Group vacation rental program. Those accommodations are rented to vacation travelers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
