Cleaning the pizzadome is simple. Clean the spatulas and the cooking plate with a (rough) sponge. (For tough stains you can spray the cooking plate with an oven cleaner and allow to sit for several minutes before cleaning with a rough sponge). Wait for the dome to cool down and just wipe it with a wet cloth. Do not use any chemicals on the dome. We recommend storing the whole unit upright in its original box. No additional care is required.
