If it says Gluten free on the frosting container then it is. If there is no label stating that it is gluten free then most likely it contains gluten. I would call up pillsbury (the 1800#) on the container label and ask the customer service people. Also trying searching the net. Anything gluten free that I have seen always has had a label on its packaging. Good luck!!!
