Is Photoshop image re-touching included in the rates?
Yes. All retouching, color correction and enhancements are included at no additional charge. In today's era, every digital photographer usually does at least a small amount of Photoshop editing (or at least they SHOULD). However every single photo of mine goes through a very strict editing process which starts with standard color correction and then moves through various stages to create a final piece of art. My custom enhancements take the original photo from a “nice” photo to a “WOW” photo.
