Is PGI published in the Federal Register or Code of Federal Regulations?

0

Since PGI does not contain policies or procedures that significantly affect the public, it is not published in the Federal Register or the Code of Federal Regulations and is not subject to public rulemaking requirements. PGI is openly available on the World Wide Web and links electronically to the DFARS. The DAR Directorate updates PGI in a manner similar to that used for updating the on-line DFARS (i.e., posting of Change Notices and a free News service to subscribers). Members of the public who wish to comment on PGI may submit their comments to DARS.
