No it isn’t. Black Salve can be extremely invasive and painful, and can leave scars. There is no ingredient in Perrin’s Blend that is similar to black salve. Perrin’s Blend is non-invasive and for the most part, painless, and most of the time leave no scars. There have been some reports of itching and/or tingling associated with using Perrin’s Blend but nothing extreme.
