Is Permanent Makeup Safe? What are the risks?

Cat’s Eye…Lash Extensions & Permanent Make-up uses organic/vegetable based pigments to reduce the risk of allergic reactions. Some Permanent Makeup technicians keep and reuse needles for each customer. The risks include: Dissatisfaction, asymmetry, allergic reaction and infection. At Cat’s, single-use, sterile needles are used only once and disposed of immediately. Allergic reactions are rare and infections are almost unheard of. Cat always uses an interactive process with clients to reduce or avoid the possibility of dissatisfaction.
