I had period like cramps 2 months after I concieved…this is how I found out I was pregnant because I had cramps and no period, they were pretty bad too. It turns out that your uterus is very small when you first become pregnant and it needs to stretch for the baby to grow. It is several inches below your belly button. By your third trimester, your uterus will have stretched several inches above your belly button. Do not worry, that pain will go away and you will get a whole new set of pregnancy symptoms!
