Is Perfectil® recommended with any other Vitabiotics product(s)?
Calcium is an essential mineral, for helping to maintain strong nails. However it has not been included in the Perfectil® formula, since it is not possible to include the right amount in one small tablet, and secondly calcium is known to inhibit the absorption of iron and trace elements. Rather than including just a token amount of calcium, Perfectil® has therefore been designed so that it can be used with Vitabiotics’ Osteocare® tablets or liquid. For best results we recommend they are taken at separate times of the day, at least an hour apart.
