Payments are released for all claims processed before 2 p.m. Central Time. If your claim is processed after 2 p.m. Central Time, payment will be released the next business day. Typically all claims are processed within one business day of receipt of a claim, however claim volume can fluctuate and processing time will depend upon the volume of claims received on a given day.
