A 45-year-old white male presented with symptoms of mild blur at distance and near. His personal and family ocular history was otherwise unremarkable. He reported no significant medical history at this initial visit except for a subtle sense of upset stomach for the previous six months. He took no medicines and reported no allergies. Diagnostic Data Best-corrected visual acuity at this visit was 20/20 O.U. with low myopic astigmatism and presbyopic correction. Extraocular motility testing, pupil exam, color perception and slit lamp exam were all unremarkable. IOP measured 24-27mm Hg over several days, at various times.
