Is passing the Pre-sessional September course a condition of my offer?

0

All MSc Finance and Economics students are required to attend the September course. If, once holding an offer, you believe that you have reasons to be made exempt from this course you will be required to make this request in writing to the Programme Director. At the end of the Pre-sessional course teaching you will sit examinations in the topics you have covered. Although you will not be required to achieve a specified mark in these exams to continue onto the MSc, performance here is usually a good indication of how a student will perform in the Master’s as a whole. Students should therefore work intensively to gain as much as possible from this teaching to help them throughout the year.
