NO – the purpose of the program is to provide a very limited quantity of Pinoys/Pinays with an opportunity for real life business experience and work credentials in the area of Web Companies. Recent/older graduates – underclassmen/women – even those with no higher education – but with an interest in working in Cyber-Land around the world – are welcome to apply. For example, in one major Web BLOG program, one of its most technical proficient individuals is a 14 year old Mexican boy that does Blog set-up business around the world via the Internet.
