Answer Hi Gus: I would suggest that you go to the scanner manufacturer’s web site and download the Windows XP drivers for your model scanner, if available. The web site should have instructions for installing the drivers. There may be a setup program with the drivers, in which case you would run the setup program from the directory where you downloaded the files.
