Gary Palmer, as the licensed General Contractor for the company, holds an Unlimited General Contractor’s license through the State of North Carolina and an Unlimited Residential Building license in the State of South Carolina. These are the highest licenses available in these states, allowing the construction of residential projects of unlimited size and complexity. We are committed to always being properly licensed and insured.
