Other options could be writing, exercising, working, listening your favorite music, Base on my experience jogging takes away my anger and instrumental music keeps me cool.At some point you need to analyze what is making you angry and resolve what needs to be resolved.All emotions are a surge of energy that can be channel in creative ways and it is an opportunity to reflect in ourselves, our behavior, attitudes and reactions. I am short fused but i always contain my anger and use that anger as fuel for growth and creativity.My anger is short lived; maybe because how i handle it.
