Is pain, uneasiness natural for a beginner after a Yogic session?

Ans: Yes, some pain and uneasiness in the first two weeks of practicing yoga is natural for a beginner as firstly the body is not used to all the various movements, secondly we start working out the dormant muscle groups which in turn tend to store lactic acid due to oxygen debt, thirdly Yoga is a very intense practice to ward off toxins from the body which initially travel in the blood for few days before being flushed out causing pain, uneasiness and discomfort. The more discomfort one feels in the initial days the more toxins one has to flush out. But care has to be taken in case of a beginner to practice it under a supervisor or Yoga instructor to guide for proper movements. The only prerequisite is not to miss the regularity and maintain discipline.
